2025 Waiver Wire for Week 14

2025 Waiver Wire for Week 14

Welcome to the 2025 Waiver Wire for Week 14!

We are in the endgame now, folks. Buckle up, because we are officially entering the FINAL WEEK OF THE FANTASY FOOTBALL REGULAR SEASON. Load up on the waiver wire while you still can before you hopefully make a big championship run in your league. As they say in Avengers: Endgame, Avengers ASSEMBLE (well, in this case, it’s fantasy managers assemble, but you get the point)!

Disclaimer: Waiver Wire Rostership Percentages from Sleeper, ESPN, & Yahoo, as well as the Combined Rostership Percentages, will not exceed 50% Also, fantasy point scoring will be represented from a Half-PPR perspective.

Teams on Bye Week: New England Patriots, New York Giants, San Francisco 49ers, Carolina Panthers

Quarterbacks

Tyrod Taylor

Percent Rostered on Sleeper (6%), ESPN (4.6%), & Yahoo (4%):

Combined Consensus Rostership Percentage: 4.9%

Statistics of The Week:

Advanced Statistics

Waiver Wire Analysis:

Yes, Tyrod Taylor is probably only for Superflex and/or deep league fantasy managers, but he is still a decent enough get-by/streaming option for that exact format/situation. At this point in his career, Tyrod has basically no ceiling left as a player, but his floor is still perfectly fine and consistent. His fantasy value lies in his rushing ability, and he remains a very good, efficient runner at his age.

Next 3 Opponents: Miami Dolphins, Jacksonville Jaguars, New Orleans Saints

C.J. Stroud

Percent Rostered on Sleeper (38%), ESPN (45.2%), & Yahoo (39%):

Combined Consensus Rostership Percentage: 40.7%

Statistics of The Week:

Advanced Statistics

Waiver Wire Analysis:

With C.J. Stroud having finally returned from a concussion this past week, he has now become arguably the top streaming QB option out there right now. Other weapons outside of just Nico Collins, like Dalton Schultz and Jayden Higgins, have started to emerge for this Houston Texans offense, and most importantly, this Houston offensive line has started to play better recently. Pick up C.J. Stroud and see where it goes for the rest of the season.

Next 3 Opponents: Kansas City Chiefs, Arizona Cardinals, Las Vegas Raiders

Running Backs

Bhayshul Tuten

Percent Rostered on Sleeper (41%), ESPN (27%), & Yahoo (44%):

Combined Consensus Rostership Percentage: 37.3%

Statistics of The Week:

Advanced Statistics

Waiver Wire Analysis:

Up until now, Bhayshul Tuten has been just a handcuff for fantasy managers. A very good handcuff, but still just a handcuff at the end of the day. But after this past week, it seems that Tuten has carved out a nice little role for himself in Jacksonville to work IN TANDEM WITH Travis Etienne going forward, rather than just strictly Etienne’s backup as he has been. Pick up Bhayshul Tuten now while you still can, because he could have legit standalone value down the stretch here.

Next 3 Opponents: Minnesota Vikings, New York Giants, Philadelphia Eagles

Blake Corum

Percent Rostered on Sleeper (23%), ESPN (12.6%), & Yahoo (16%):

Combined Consensus Rostership Percentage: 17.2%

Statistics of The Week:

Advanced Statistics

Waiver Wire Analysis:

This past week, Kyren Williams suffered a minor ankle injury but returned to the game for the Rams, so he will not miss any time going forward. But Blake Corum got a pretty decent amount of work this past week, even with Kyren Williams healthy and on the field, so Sean McVay and his staff seemingly want to implement a two-back system more and more this season for this offense going forward. If you have Kyren Williams on your roster currently, Blake Corum is absolutely a must add. If you don’t have Williams, Corum is still worth an add, just not as much necessarily.

Next 3 Opponents: Arizona Cardinals, Detroit Lions, Seattle Seahawks

Wide Receivers

Isaac TeSlaa

Percent Rostered on Sleeper (5%), ESPN (1%), & Yahoo (1%):

Combined Consensus Rostership Percentage: 2.3%

Statistics of The Week:

Advanced Statistics

Waiver Wire Analysis:

Isaac TeSlaa is obviously a speculative add this week, because superstar WR Amon-Ra St. Brown suffered a low ankle sprain on Thanksgiving vs. the Packers, which will probably cause him to miss 1-2 weeks at most. So this entire “TeSlaa situation” and window of relevance could be very short here. But even with that very short window of relevance, that’s still perfectly ok, because the Detroit Lions are a very high-volume passing attack that involves their WRs heavily in their game plans every single week.

With Amon-Ra St. Brown out this week, most likely at least, add Isaac TeSlaa, and start him as a potential flex play this week in a pinch if you need upside and ceiling at that spot.

Next 3 Opponents: Dallas Cowboys, Los Angeles Rams, Pittsburgh Steelers

Devaughn Vele

Percent Rostered on Sleeper (3%), ESPN (0.6%), & Yahoo (1%):

Combined Consensus Rostership Percentage: 1.5%

Statistics of The Week:

Advanced Statistics

Waiver Wire Analysis:

Because Chris Olave gets so much attention from defenses every single week, it has given opportunity for a second WR to step up in New Orleans, and that has been Devaughn Vele over the last couple of weeks, ever since Rashid Shaheed was traded away and Brandin Cooks was released. So Vele is playing quite a bit now. Although Tyler Shough may not be a good QB necessarily, the Saints have surprisingly enough been a high-volume passing team recently, so there has been a high amount of target upside for Devaughn Vele as of late, and there will continue to be going forward.

Next 3 Opponents: Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Carolina Panthers, New York Jets

Jayden Higgins

Percent Rostered on Sleeper (40%), ESPN (36.3%), & Yahoo (35%):

Combined Consensus Rostership Percentage: 37.1%

Statistics of The Week:

Advanced Statistics

Waiver Wire Analysis:

If you don’t have Jayden Higgins on your roster and he is still available, add him IMMEDIATELY. Now that C.J. Stroud is back, his connection with Higgins will only continue to grow going forward. Jayden Higgins has only gotten better and better each week this season, making him THE top-priority add this week.

Next 3 Opponents: Kansas City Chiefs, Arizona Cardinals, Las Vegas Raiders

Jalen Coker

Percent Rostered on Sleeper (8%), ESPN (2.7%), & Yahoo (4%):

Combined Consensus Rostership Percentage: 4.9%

Statistics of The Week:

Advanced Statistics

Waiver Wire Analysis:

With so much attention going to Tet McMillan from the defense on a weekly basis, Jalen Coker gets a lot of open, easy targets from Bryce Young. Speaking of Young, he has steadily improved each of the last few weeks, opening up more fantasy success for someone other than McMillan in this passing game. Xavier Legette has never really mattered in his career up to this point, so go out and add Jalen Coker and see where it goes moving forward.

Next 3 Opponents: BYE, New Orleans Saints, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Tight Ends

Brenton Strange

Percent Rostered on Sleeper (47%), ESPN (22%), & Yahoo (32%):

Combined Consensus Rostership Percentage: 33.7%

Statistics of The Week:

Advanced Statistics

Waiver Wire Analysis:

Liam Coen is getting EVERYBODY involved in Jacksonville right now. Jakobi Meyers and Parker Washington (although he’s hurt now, unfortunately) have both contributed in a big way each of the last few weeks, and now Brenton Strange is getting in on the party as well after returning from his IR stint a couple of weeks ago. Strange pretty much never comes off the field for the Jaguars at the TE position, which makes him a great streaming option at the TE position for fantasy managers going forward.

Next 3 Opponents: Indianapolis Colts, New York Jets, Denver Broncos

Darren Waller

Percent Rostered on Sleeper (37%), ESPN (19.9%), & Yahoo (30%):

Combined Consensus Rostership Percentage: 29%

Statistics of The Week:

Advanced Statistics

Waiver Wire Analysis:

This is a very consolidated target tree in Miami. It’s Jaylen Waddle, and now Darren Waller upon his return from injury this past week. The concern with the Dolphins is always Tua, but he hasn’t been as disastrous lately as he was earlier in the season. If you need a streaming TE in a pinch, pick up Waller and play him.

Next 3 Opponents: New York Jets, Pittsburgh Steelers, Cincinnati Bengals

D/ST

Washington Commanders

Percent Rostered on Sleeper (12%), ESPN (2.7%), & Yahoo (5%):

Combined Consensus Rostership Percentage: 6.6%

Waiver Wire Analysis:

The Washington Commanders’ defense isn’t very good in its own right, but it’s playing the Minnesota Vikings this week. Plain and simple. I don’t care if it’s J.J. McCarthy or Max Brosmer at QB for the Vikings. They’re both terrible and commit multiple turnovers per game at this point. Not that difficult to figure out.

Next 3 Opponents: Minnesota Vikings, New York Giants, Philadelphia Eagles

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Percent Rostered on Sleeper (30%), ESPN (23%), & Yahoo (28%):

Combined Consensus Rostership Percentage: 27%

Waiver Wire Analysis:

This is very simple: Tyler Shough is not a good NFL QB. The Saints’ offense as a whole is very slow-moving, so Todd Bowles will blitz them a ton this week and likely force a couple of turnovers along the way as well.

Next 3 Opponents: New Orleans Saints, Atlanta Falcons, Carolina Panthers
